The allotment is based on the options registered by candidates who have opted for General Quota and included in the merit list and category lists prepared and published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on the basis of the Kerala State Rank list of NEET-PG 2012 provided by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
Those candidates who got allotment can take the printout of the Allotment Memo by logging into the ‘Home Page' of the candidate and then remit the Fees shown in the Allotment Memo at a designated branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on 12.07.2013 & 13.07.2013 in order to accept the allotment.
The list of designated branches of SBT is available on the website. All candidates shall report for joining/admission in the course and college allotted as per the schedule given below along with the Allotment Memo, Fee Receipt and the documents specified in Clause XI (C) of the Prospectus for admission to P G Medical Courses 2013.
Those candidates who do not remit the fees or do not join the respective course/college within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and will not be considered for further online allotments, if any, under General Quota.
No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances.
The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.
The schedule of fee payment:
- All candidates who got the allotment shall remit the fee on: July 12 & 13, 2013.
- All candidates should join the course and college from July 15 to 17, 2013.
