Maharashtra Board Supply Exams to be held in Sept-Oct. Apply Online

The Maharashtra SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) supplementary exam for the year 2013 shall be held in the month of September-October, 2013. The examination is conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

The board has hereby announced that candidates appearing for supplementary examination of higher secondary certificate (Class 12) which is scheduled for Sept-Oct 2013 will have to submit their application forms ONLINE starting from July 19 to 25.

The late fees and submission of application forms will be accepted from July 26 till July 31 after which no application shall be accepted.

According to the sources, it was announced earlier that the Maharashtra HSC Board has started Online process for accepting the application forms for Supplementary examination from the present year onwards. Being the first year to start the process, the board has ensured all functions to take place in time with no glitches in submitting the application form.

Candidates can visit their respective junior colleges for filling up application forms for supplementary examination 2013.

The board has further taken up steps to educate authorities on the new Online Process via a special CD to explain the college authorities on filling up examination forms online. An official said that it will be distributed to colleges on July 16 through respective divisional boards. The state Board has made it clear that system of accepting examination forms Online would be introduced on a pilot basis from September-October 2013, and would get replicated for all examinations in the future based upon its success.
