The University of Delhi has issued a notification to the affiliated colleges that, they must have the class 12 marks of the selected candidates for admission to the undergraduate courses.

Yesterday Delhi University released the first cut-off-marks list for the UG courses admissions.

According to the admission notification by the University, The process of verification of the online/offline forms by the colleges/candidates submitted by the candidates for admission to four year undergraduate programme has been simplified.

The colleges are advised to visit University of Delhi website http://du.ac.in and check the details of the candidates/courses by simply entering their application form/bar code number.

A notification has also been issued by the Registrar related to results of those Boards which are not available with the office of the Dean students' Welfare so far. The result may be verified by the colleges from the respective Boards after granting provisional admissions to the concerned Candidates.

The class 12 marks / result of the candidates should be invariably verified by the colleges through the board's result provided on CD wherever possible and is available on the Delhi university website on Intranet.

For other boards, results from which are not available with the office of the Dean, students Welfare so far, their results may be verified by the colleges from the respective boards, after granting provisional admissions to the concerned candidates.

No student should be denied admission or discriminated against on the basis of gap years.

The eligible candidates who meet the requirements notified in the first admission list are further advised to complete their admission formalities in the colleges concerned from June 27 to 29, 2013 within the stipulated time.
