Bangalore University announced Fee Structure for Ph.D courses

Bangalore University (BU) has announced the fee structure for the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) courses for the academic year 2013-14.

The Candidates selected for Ph.D programme shall submit the required fees in the form of DD Drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore.

Counseling for the Ph.D courses commence from July 02, 2013. Around 493 seats are available in all departments of the University.

If candidates take admission in the Research Center they have to pay the following additional fees:
Ph.D processing fee per year per candidate: Rs 5,500/-.
Service Fee per candidate at the time of registration: Rs 11,000/-.

The candidates shall pay the required fees after their selection to the Ph.D program on the same day of the counseling.

The Chairperson of the respective P.G. Departments/Research Centers and concerned Dean of the Faculty are requested to be present on the date and time fixed therein for the conduct of counseling/admission for Ph.D. Programme along with members of the Departmental Council, particularly the Guides who have declared vacancies.

Further, the Chairpersons of the Departments are requested to notify the said schedule in their Department Notice Board for the information of the candidates and to extend their co-operation in successful completion of the admission process.

Please Note:
Eligible Entrance and Non-Entrance candidates are directed to bring all Original documents of the copies submitted at the time of submission of application along with one set of photo copies and necessary admission fee. They have to be present in the auditorium one hour before commencing of counseling,late comers will not be entertained under any circumstances.
