GIIS Noida congratulates the winners of GIIS C V Raman Scholarship

Every year GIIS holds scholarship exams at a national level and it has been the privilege to offer scholarship to deserving Indian student.

This year the scholarship tests were held on 13th April 2013. Basis the test results, students were shortlisted for General discussion and interview for final selection on 13th May. This year 7 children have been selected to pursue higher secondary education at GIIS Queenstown, Singapore and the students leave on 2nd July 2013.

The winner of GIIS C V Raman Scholarship for 2013 -15 are Samvid Advait Kurlekar from Pune, Kamaraj Ramanujam from Mumbai, Adyasha Debahuti Mohanty from Kolkata, Nikita Anish Desai from Baroda, Dipanjan Ray from Bihar, Bikash Kumar Behera from Bihar and Jai Singh Sra from Delhi.

GIIS C V Raman Scholarship:

GSF offers GIIS C V Raman Scholarship to deserving Indian students as a stepping stone for future growth by giving them an unmatched learning experience. The scholarship is granted for grade 11 and 12 for IB and CBSE board to study at the flagship school of Queenstown in Singapore.

The Scholarship amount includes an amount is S$ 66,000, onetime return airfare + visa fees, tuition fee, boarding & lodging at the hostel, one time settling allowance of S$500 and S$ 200 per month for pocket expenses. Apart from its focus on academic excellence, GIIS offers holistic education through its proprietary Nine Gems model emphasising on honing Multiple Intelligences. GIIS offers music, art, drama, entrepreneurship, foreign languages and also international level sporting facilities at Singapore.

After Class 12 there are dedicated GIIS career counsellors who will guide the students to apply for various career opportunities and extracurricular activities.
