DTE, Maharashtra revises dates for CAP Engg Courses admissions

Engg Courses admissions process begins
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra revises the dates for Engineering courses Centralized Admissions Process (CAP) by extending a day.

The process for counselling-based admission round for Jammu and Kashmi (J&K) migrant candidates too has been postponed by four days.

The "Online Application Form" is being made available to only those eligible candidates, who are desirous of seeking admission to the aforesaid colleges through Centralised Admission Process, on the official website www.dte.org.in/fe2013.

DTE will announce the provisional list of seat allotment of candidates in official website on June 26, 2013.

It may be noted that the engineering CAP stated on June 7 with the process for online submission of application form and the same will continue till June 13. Simultaneously, the process for document verification and confirmation of application form at the designed application receipt centers (ARCs) has begun from June 8 and will continue till June 14.

The DTE has declared an overall student intake of 1,55,464 seats at 366 engineering colleges, which are part of the engineering CAP in the state this year.

Important Note:
The candidates are required to carry All Original Certificates and one set of attested true copies of these documents as mentioned in information brochure issued at the time of submission of application form for MT-CET 2013.

Important Dates:

  • Last date for Online Submission of Application form: June 13, 2013.
  • Document Verification and confirmation of Online Application form by all India candidates: June 08 to 14, 2013.
  • Display of Seat Distribution on website: June 20, 2013.
