Computing Science Kilburn Scholarship
The University of Glasgow was the first university in Scotland established in 1451 to have a electronic computer.

The school of Computing Science has been renowned for its excellence in research and counts among UK's top ten universities for research, according to the 2008 research assessment exercise.

The School offers five scholarship to Postgraduate students of computer science commencing their studies in September this year.

Funding:
A £2,000 discount towards tuition fees will be available to all the successful candidates.

Eligibility:
Students with an unconditional offer to any of the following courses will automatically be considered for the scholarship - M.Sc & MRes in Computing Science, M.Sc & MRes in search engine technologies, M.Sc & MRes in mobile design and engineering, M.Sc & MRes in Software engineering OR M.Sc & MRes in information security.

How to apply:

  • No additional application form is required to be considered for the scholarship.
  • Candidates who are eligible to apply can opt for the grant along with their university application forms itself.
  • The status of the scholarship will show up alongside a student's application status.

Last date to apply for scholarship is June 30, 2013.
