KEA announced CET 2013 counseling scheduled dates

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bangalore has announced the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) counseling scheduled dates for the year 2013.

Once the document verification completes, candidates have to be prepared for Counseling, seat selection process for the professional courses in the colleges of Karnataka.

A candidate having multiple ranks should consider the minimum rank among the of following 8 ranks (NOT the practical ranks) when attending the verification process.

• Medical rank
• ISM&H rank
• Engineering rank
• NATA rank
• Food Sci rank
• Agri B.Sc. rank
• Vet Sci rank
• Agi BTech rank

A total of 1,37,560 candidates took the test and about 38,623 candidates are in the top ranks for medical and dental seats while 68,943 are eligible for Indian System of Medicine (Ayurveda, Suddhi etc) and Homeopathy.

KEA begins CET counseling from June 05 to 23, 2013.
