As many as 90,889 (95%) students, of 95,278 who took the test, have qualified the OJEE.
OJEE 2013 was conducted on May 12 for admission to admission into engineering, pharmacy, MBA, MCA among other streams in colleges in odisha.
In Engineering Sansit Patnaik from Bhubaneswar topper among boys in Engineering while Anubha Ashriya topper among girls in Engineering.
In Pharmacy Shiv Narayan Padhi from Berhampur topper among boys while Shibani Mishra from Berhampur topper among girls.
In MBA Ankit Tripathy from Dhenknal topper among boys while Banani Sarangi from Balesore district topper among girls.
In MCA D. Srikanta Purusa from Jeypore topper among boys while Kajal Kumari Nayak from Khalikote topper among girls.
The declaration of result will be followed by counseling. OJEE officials informed that the counseling is expected to begin by the second week of June.
"The counselling for OJEE depends on various factors like university results, diploma college results and national entrance test results. We can begin the counselling only after all these results are declared," said an OJEE official.
Announcing the results, technical education minister Pratap Keshari Deb said, "OJEE was conducted with utmost discipline this year by implementing two-tier observer system and video recording important events of the examination process. The counselling will begin from second week of June."
The Counseling for admission to first year degree courses in MBBS/BDS streams in government and private colleges of the state will be done by OJEE 2013 as per the state merit list of NEET UG 2013 from CBSE/ Government of India.
