Odisha class 12 board exam dates changed
The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has changed the class 12 board practical examination, which affects the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2013. The Students will not get enough time to prepare for the JEE exam on April 07, 2013.

The CHSE has rescheduled the practical examination date to April 06, 2013 following the rescheduled examination of Physics and Chemistry on March 25 & 30 respectively. Earlier, the practical examination was scheduled between March 22 and 31, 2013.

JEE Main 2013 scheduled to be held on April 07, 2013. "It is impossible to reach Rourkela, to appear in JEE Main after our practical examination," said group of students of Khallikote Junior College.

Students from Government Women's college said, "We will also not get any time to prepare for JEE Main 2013,"

Educationist Sudhir Kumar Rout has urged chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to intervene in the matter and direct CHSE to change the practical examination dates, he said, Around 50,000 students from the state will appear in JEE Main.

Deputy secretary of CHSE, Berhanpur zone, S N Sahu, said, the council has entrusted colleges to conduct their practical examination according to their convenience during the scheduled time. The JEE Main aspirants will not be affected if colleges conduct the practical examination before April 06, 2013.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi will be conducting the JEE Main 2013 at different centres located in 112 cities throughout the country and abroad on April 07, 2013.
