University College Dublin Offers Scholarships 2013

The University College Dublin Global Excellence Undergraduate Scholarships is established to continue to attract the best and brightest of undergraduate students from the United States. The financial awards range from 30% - 50% annual tuition (approximately $5,700 - $9,650 USD annually).

The Scholarships and are renewed annually based on acceptable academic performance as described in the terms and conditions. The scholarships are based on an applicant's academic performance in high school (public, private, or home schooled), ACT, SAT, or IB scores, and other relevant selection criterion.

1. UCD Global Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship: UCD Is pleased to offer 1 undergraduate scholarship covering 50% of the Tuition Fee.

Eligibility

Applicants should be Indian citizens and currently resident in India;
Applicants must be self-funding and classified as non-EU for tuition fee purposes;
At the deadline applicants must hold an firm offer or acceptance to and eligible full time UCD Undergraduate programmes;
Scholarships are not available in Medicine and Medical Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Radiography. Please contact [email protected] for advice of whether your programme of study is eligible;
Successful candidates will be selected on merit;
These scholarship is not eligible to be combined with any other tuition scholarship;

Award

The Scholarship Programme aims to attract excellent candidates encourage early application;
Scholarship awards (as above) are applicable to tuition fees only;
Scholarship awards are renewable annually subject to the student maintaining an annual grade point average of no less than 3.2;
Successful candidates will be selected on merit;
Decisions will be made by the Scholarship Committee on or before the 1 June 2013. All decisions are final.

To be considered for the UCD Global Excellence Graduate Scholarship (India) applicants must complete a supplemental application form in addition to applying for their chosen programme;
Students should apply to their chosen course as normal at www.ucd.ie/apply;
All eligible applications received by 30th April 2013 will be considered;

2. UCD Global Undergraduate Scholarship: CD Is pleased to offer 5 x €5,000 Tuition Fee Scholarship (Science Programmes) and 4 x €2,500 Tuition Fee Scholarship (Business, Social Science & Arts Programmes).
