Sagarian girl emerges winner of PanSouthAsia Event

"There are no limitations in Education; we should have the capability to perceive, understand and apply", so says CHRISTY NAMEIRAKPAM, the winner of the Pan South Asia essay competition organized by BrainGain magazine produced by Salwan media.

This modest yet happy student of std X of The Sagar School proved her mettle as a profound and creative writer on the topic:' The direction in which education starts a man, will determine his future life. She has emerged as the winner of this competition which was open to high school students across South Asia.

This educational initiative was part of the activities of Salwan Media whose annual conference ‘One Globe 2013' was held at Hotel Imperial, New Delhi on 7th-8th February.

This quote by Pluto inspired Christy to express her ideas and views as she explored and propounded it with her knowledge, understanding and imagination. She succeeded in impressing the jury as to how she could apply this thought in terms of growth in South Asia's 21st century knowledge society.
