Indian School of Mines MBA Program Admission 2013

Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad invites application for admission to full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme commencing in the session 2013.

Eligibility:

A Bachelor's degree after (10+2) in any discipline from a recognized institution, with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA {45% in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST and DA (Differently Abled Categories*)}. For Honours graduates the aggregate will include marks of both Honours and Pass Papers.
Candidates appearing for the final bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply. Preference would be given to candidates having Engineering Degree or having Post Graduation qualification in any discipline.

Selection Procedure:

Applicant shall have to appear CAT - 2012. Once they receive the CAT 2012 scores, they have to apply online at the Application Submission System available at our institute's website.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection. The sanctioned strength for the MBA Program is 62 and the reservation policy of Government of India meant for higher educational institutions is strictly adhered to.
Candidates applying for reservation under OBC (Non Creamy layer) category, should submit a valid OBC certificate issued by competent authority after September 1, 2012.

The filled application form along with DD of Rs 2,000/- (Rs 1,000/- for SC/ST/PD) drawn in favor of Registrar, Indian School of Mines, payable at Dhanbad.

Important Dates:
Online application form will available till: Feb 22, 2013.
Last date for the submission of application on: March 01, 2013.
GD & PI on: April 17 to 19, 2013.
Declaration of Results on: May 06, 2013.
