Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2013
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted by 14 National Law Schools / Universities for admissions to their undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes (LL.B and LL.M) commencing on session 2013.

The CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2013 is tentatively scheduled to be held on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at 03.00 PM to 05.00 PM. Registration for the CLAT 2013 to be announced shortly. The CLAT-2013 is being conducted by Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur.

CLAT 2013 Test Syllabus and Pattern

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Programmes:

  • The candidates should have a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification form a recognized board with 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) of marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates who have appearing for 10+2 examination are also eligible to appear in the test.
  • Age of the candidate should not be more than 20 years for general/OBC candidates (22years for SC/ST and persons with disability) as on July 01, 2013.
  • The candidates should have passed the qualifying examination at the time of his/her admission to submit original documents.

Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Programmes:

  • The candidates should have a LL.B/B.L degree or an equivalent degree with 55% (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) of marks from a recognized university.
  • Candidates who have appearing for final year/sem degree examination are also eligible to appear in the test.
  • The candidates should have passed the qualifying examination at the time of his/her admission to submit original documents.
