Separate Notification Issued For NEET
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has notified National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi proposed to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for Postgraduate (PG) Courses commencing in the session 2013.

According to the sources, some of the states were issued the separate notification for the PG Medical entrance exam. Aspirants who are going for Postgraduate medical courses are facing problems. Various states are not participating in NEET and those who want to study PG on other states are worried whether they will be able to obtain seat or not.

NEET PG 2013 notification which was released has clearly stated that NEET results will be released before Jan 31, 2013. It was also said that all government and private medical colleges have to fill their convenor and management quota seats before May 05, 2013 based on the scores in NEET PG 2013.

But, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Other States issued special notification for filling of management quota seats and by autonomous and private medical colleges. Other deemed universities like, Manipur, Sri Devraj Urs University, Kolar, CMC Vellore, KLE University and BLDE University Belgaum also issued separate notification for the PG medical Exam.

Aspirants appearing for NEET PG by paying Rs 3,800/- in the hope that seats will be allotted based on the ranks obtained in NEET. But with the issue of special notification, aspirants have to pay Rs 4,000 to 5,000 for each entrance exam. Few of the other medical colleges who filed petition against NEET are also getting ready to issue their notification. Aspirants are in a confusion over which entrance exam they should appear.

By issuing the separate notification from each medical colleges for admissions, aspirants may finding it difficult to appear for the every entrance exam. Admission of private medical colleges are not transparent. Seats are allotted to people who are ready to pay more money. NEET PG test will be conducted till Den 31, 2012 and it is not clear which college is going to admit students based in NEET.

In Andhra Pradesh, all the medical colleges approached the court and requested that they will conduct separate entrance exam by forming as consortium. NTR Health University will not have any role to play in the admission procedure of private medical colleges.
