According to the sources, students who went to purchase the examination fee voucher on Monday were upset as the number of forms currently available with he specified bank were insufficient to meet the demand. On of a candidate who was there to buy a voucher for self and upset too said that "Only 175 forms have been provided to them while there are about 500-600 students appearing for DNB examination from Nagpur.
MBE- National Board of Examination, which is responsible to conduct the exam has scheduled the last date for purchasing fee vouchers as 10th of November, 2012. Well, this is not the only issue that students are acing, but also that the other exam (NEET-PG) which, it is conducting for PG Courses has evoked a strong response from candidates. Thousands of postgraduate medical aspirants will now have to bear the brunt of what they called the wrong decision of the health ministry to conduct the NEET-PG two months before the date is being announced by the MCI (Medical Council of India).
The notification which was released by MCI on September 23, which said that the examination schedule of NEET for PG Courses has come as a stroke for students. As per the notification, NEET has been slated from November 23 to December 6.
Initially, the examination will be conducted by National Board of Education this year. It is for the first time that the board has decided to conduct examination online in 33 cities across India. This I the maiden effort of conducting common entrance exam all over the country for admission to PG medial courses like MD and MS.
MCI had earlier notified on its official website that the PG entrance examination will be conducted in January 2013. Hence, students had planned their study schedules according to January 2013. But, MCI had given a shock to students by declaring the examination schedule around two months early.
