Indian Player Virat Kohli launched a book for Children's in collaboration with International Cricket Council (ICC) and 'Room To Read', a global non-profit organisation that aims to promote literacy, reading and gender equality in education across Asian and African Countries.
The launch was held at Taj Samudra Hotel Colombo, Sri Lanka. The book is titles as 'Virat's Innings', 'Virat ki Parri' and 'Virat Veeraviharam' (In Telugu).
Virat Kohli said, "Reading is an important tool for a child's overall development. It helps to ignite creativity, curiosity and imagination. Room to Read is helping millions of children across India to access their right to education, I am proud of committing to this cause and inspiring children to read".
