About the quiz : The quiz is open to all Indians between 11 and 13 years of age group and will be conducted at three levels. Here, participants need to qualify for level I and II in order to reach the final round i.e. Level III. Finally, top 10 participants will be awarded with prizes.
CBSE Chairman, Vineet Joshi said; we must assume responsibility for wild life conservation and make efforts to encourage our present generation to seek solutions through education. They should be reminded that they can make a Difference. "Wild Wisdom gives students an opportunity to delve deeper into the repertoire of wild life that India has and develop pride in this legacy. Also, such contests will encourage learning outside the classroom," he added.
These level of the quiz will be on for a week scheduled timings as 10am to 5pm.
Interested candidates please note that you need to log on with 'user-name' and 'password' provided. Level I of the quiz was conducted from August 27 to September 2. There are two further levels to be conducted now. All those participants who have qualified for level I, will get a chance to move on to the next levels.
Level 2 : will be conducted from September 10 to September 16 and will have 20 questions to be completed within a time frame of 10 minutes. Once the provided time limit is over, the quiz will be timed-out. A participant has to score at least 60% or get at least 12 answers right to be qualified for next level (Level-3).
Level 3 : This level will be conducted from October 1 to October 7 and will have 25 questions to be completed within a time frame of 10 minutes. The final winners will be selected on the basis of maximum number of correct answers. In case of a tie, a lucky draw will be held to select the final 10 winners. The winners will receive 'Goody bags'. Also, their names and photographs will be published on the WWF-India website or log on to CBSE Website.
