All candidates who have exercised options, participated in option entry except those debarred by KES are eligible to participate in the extended casual vacancy round.
Surrender of Seats:
The candidates who have collected the admission order in any of the earlier rounds and have later on joined other college or courses and wish to surrender their seat can do so in any helpline centre and they will be entitled to get a refund of fee amount after deducting Rs. 5,000/- as process fee.
Candidates may please understand that such of those who have got the admission order from KEA and do not join the allotted college or leave the college after joining - such actions are tantamount to seat blocking and will result in loss of subsidized government quote seats to the private management.
There are other equally eligible meritorious candidates in the merit queue. Such candidates should surrender their allotted seat to KEA only in any helpline cantre and such seat will be offered to other equally eligible meritorious candidates in the extended casual vacancy round.
KEA has already called fro details of candidates reporting status from all college fro the three rounds of allotment conducted by KEA. This report will also be scrutinized fro any available seats which shall also be added to the extended casual vacancy round seat Matrix.
All CET 2012 candidates are given again requested to immediately surrender their KEA seat of they are already enrolled, admitted elsewhere for eg: IIT, BITS Pilani, Regional Institutes of Engineering, NITK, B.Sc, B.V. Sc., Horticulture, B.Sc Ag., Nursing, B.Tech (Diary technology), Fisheries, Pharmacy, Deemed Universities, Comed-K, KRLMP.
