IIA Bangalore Opens Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Admission

Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA), Bangalore invites application form for admission into Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Programme commencing in the session 2012.

IIA, Bangalore announce the launch of the integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Programme in Physics and Astrophysics in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. Selected candidates will be offered a studentship of Rs.10,000/- pm, an annual book grant, accommodation, and medical facilities during the M.Sc course. The programme will be conducted at IIA, Bangalore in the residential and face-to-face mode.

Eligibility:
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering discipline from a recognised university.

Important Dates:
Last date for receipt of online application form is Aug 31, 2012.
Interview will be held on Sept 14 & 15, 2012.
