NIFFT, Ranchi Opens Ph.D, M.Tech & ADC Admission

National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology (NIFFT), Ranchi invites application form for Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) , Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Advanced Diploma course (ADC) in Foundry Technology and Forge Technology commencing in the session 2012.

Eligibility:
For Ph.D:
Candidates should have a Master's degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.

For M.Tech:
Candidates should have an B.E / B.Tech degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.

For ADC:
Candidates should have a diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering OR B.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry and Maths discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on written test and interview.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology.
• Application form can also be obtained from the admission office of NIFFT by sending DD of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST) in favor of NIFFT Ranchi together with self addressed and stamped (Rs. 25/-) envelope.

Important Dates:
Issue of application starts on April 25, 2012.
Last date for the submission of application form is June 06, 2012.
Entrance Exam will be held on July 08, 2012.
