Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Rajasthan invites applications for M.Tech and Ph.D Programme commencing in the session 2012.

The Programme are offered in:

  • M.Tech in ICT
  • M.Tech in Energy
  • M.Tech in Systems Science
  • Ph.D


Eligibility:
For M.Tech:

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology discipline with 60% (%55% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognized university. For more details click here.

For Ph.D:
Candidate should have a Master's degree in relevant discipline with 60% (%55% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on GATE / NET Score card.

Last date for the submission of application form is on April 23, 2012.
