Speaking to newsmen, PU Board Director Mahesh Rashmi said suspension notice were served on the Lecturers of Government Pre-University colleges in Chikaballapur and Kolar Districts as they were allegedly involved in leakage of question paper through middlemen.
AIDSO blames The Exam Board for the act. The ALL India Democratic Students Organization expressed its anguish over the leakage of Mathematics and Physics paper in PUC II year examination. AIDSO secretary Sharanabasava said the leakage of papers and postponement affected sincere students and their confidence in the examination authority.
He said officials of PU Board should be held responsible for the leakage and criminal action should be taken against those found guilty. Condemning the episode, the body said the government has filed to organize the examination in a fair manner. Meanwhile, the Physics exam, that was scheduled for Thursday, was also postponed. It was another shocker for students. The exam has been rescheduled for Tuesday, march 27.
Complaints regarding this schedule were also received from the parents. One of the complaint said “All this will hamper plans of those appearing for all India competitive examinations, seeking seats for professional courses”.
