Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test(RPET)2012 on May 17

Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET 2012) is the state level entrance exam conducted by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan for admission in to the first year Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering courses in various Government aided and Private Unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan commencing in the session 2012.

Exam Pattern:
RPET-2012 exam consist of single examination of 3 hours duration containing 40 objective type questions in each of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The total no. of questions will be 120 carrying one mark each. There is no negative marking for wrong answer. The questions in the test booklet will be in Hindi as well as in English. However, in case of any difference in Hindi & English versions of question, the questions in English version shall be treated as valid.

Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in science discipline from a Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examination. For further details please click here.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of RPET 2012.
• Cost of RPET-2012 Application Form is Rs. 800/-. It also includes the RPET-2012 examination fees.

Schedule of Examination:
RPET 2012 will conducted on May 17, 2012 from 09.00 AM to 12.00 PM.
Candidates should report to the examination centre at 08.30 PM.
Commencement of examination at 09.00 AM.
Candidates will not be permitted to exam hall after 09.30 AM.
Candidates will not be allowed to leave exam hall before 12.00 PM.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is April 09, 2012.
RPET 2012 will be held on May 17, 2012.
