The General Director of AFMS expressed that, “the Medical Council of India (MCI) has added more number of seats to post graduate (PG) courses so that they can create large number of specialists. He also added that various nursing colleges offering diploma courses will now offer degree programmes.

The discussion was also arranged among the academic committee where they discussed about various issues including evaluation methods of training and teaching efficiency and how to measure the objectives. “The Medical Research Committee will evaluate 167 award winning projects and research proposals on the topics such as compatibility in aircraft cockpit and anthropometric changes related to age in air crew and others” added the General Director of AFMS.
