CBSE Helpline, On Track From Feb 1, 2012 Onwards

A New Helpline By CBSE, To Help Students
The Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to establish its helpline from February 1, 2012. The helpline will be set up to answer the queries of the student’s as well as parents. CBSE Pre-examination helpline provided by the board has received a positive response in the past and this is the 15th consecutive year when CBSE will be providing counselling to the students as well as parents.

The Board has appointed Principals of two schools affiliated to CBSE as counselors for answering the queries on the helpline. Students can reach the counselors by calling them or by sending their queries through SMS or E-Mail.

The counselors will reply to the SMS or E-Mail within the time of 24 hours. General questions will be answered by the operators but in case of exam issues or related stress, students will be directly connected to the counselors.

The students will be able to access the information related to schools, fee structure, results and syllabus on the helpline. Besides this, the helpline will also allow students to register their complaints.
