Comedk UGET-2011 was held on Sunday 8th of May,2011. About 63,363 appeared for Comedk 2011, out of which 18,136 were from Karnataka.
The Comedk Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2011 held by 'COMEDK' - Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka was conducted smoothly on Sunday except for the fact that there was a alarm on sale of fake question papers on Saturday. The police have arrested three persons and seized 41 Comedk fake question papers.The accused lured the students claiming that they had copies of the question papers. The price of a set of question papers were Rs 11 lakh, 6 lakhs in cash and four mobile phones have been obtained from them.
The students felt that Physics paper was difficult and tougher, Maths was lengthy and tough in difficulty level, Chemistry was easier compared to Physics and Mathematics and Biology was easy.The result is awaited by the end of this month.
