With placing 366 management graduates, Indian Institute of Management- Lucknow (IIM-L) concluded its placement session this year. The premier institute has claimed to achieve cent-percent placements for 2009-2011 batch.
According to reports, 528 offers were made to the graduating batch of IIM-L.The total number of offers made include 70 pre-placement offers, 213 lateral offers for higher entry placement, and 245 offers that were made during the final placement week.
Companies from the Consulting sector recruited 82 students from the 2009-2011 batch.Some of the students were offered jobs in banking and finance sector. The requirements were with Treasury, Proprietary Trading and Investment Banking. IIM Lucknow witnessed students being recruited by some of the finest companies from the Sales and Marketing sector as well. Some of the players from IT and Telecom sector also participated in the recruitment process.
