The Management Consulting firms and Investment Banking sector dominated the placement session at IIM Indore this year.The 2009-2011 PGDM Batch consists of 238 students. 92 companies participated in the placement process.
Placements at IIM Indore for the 11th batch of PGDM participants have been a successful one with domestic and international corporate houses extending lucrative offers.A supportive faculty and a diverse alumni base together saw an unprecedented rise in both the quality and diversity of roles offered on campus.
The Operations sector extended a wide array of profiles to 10% students from the PGDM batch from areas such as logistics, infrastructure development and management as well as supply chain management.
The batch of IIM Indore was looked upon by recruiters as a fresh pool of talent.The roles and responsibilities offered exhibited the faith of the recruiters. This was well supplemented by the diverse educational and pre MBA work experience of the candidates.
