With the results of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2014, the national level examination that tests the comprehensive understanding of the candidates in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and postgraduate level subjects in Science released, the stage is set for jobs in some of the reputed Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
GATE is used by several undertakings as a screening test for employment. This year, 17 Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) have signed MoUs with IIT Kharagpur to receive the GATE 2014 results across various papers.
16% candidates clear GATE 2014 Examination
The Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) that have already signed MoUs with GATE for using GATE 2014 score as screening tool for recruiting engineers at entry level positions include;

Many other PSUs are also processing the MoU for using GATE scores as the screening test.
