3 video conferences have been conducted for glitch-free arrangements of examinations, as stated by the Board officials. DEOs have received special directives regarding the arrangements. It states that the arrangements must be made in such a way that copying will be avoided. It should also prevent parents from forming groups and standing outside the examination centres.

The officer said, "Since half of the exam paper is based on multiple choice questions, the focus is to prevent mass copying. Centres have been prevailed upon to install CCTV cameras and videography will be done in sensitive centres. Footage from CCTVs will be sent to the board where officials will personally examine them and try to curb copying."

30,000 employees and 450 squads in total will monitor any event of mass copying. 150 flying squads have also been prepared by the Board to keep a vigil over the proceedings.

To enable students to prepare better, last year, the Board had granted holidays between 2 major papers. This year too, SSC students will get a holiday before Science and Mathematics examinations. The students of HSC will also be given time to prepare before important papers.
