| Job Profile : |
- Active involvement in functional analysis and design
- Creation of Functional Specification and Design documents
- Creation of Unit Specifications; Review and update of unit specification prepared by team
- Carryout on-time review and approval for Unit Specifications
- Understanding Unit Specification / work assignment clearly before starting implementation
- Write Unit Test Cases based on Unit Specification; Review Unit Test Cases created by others
- Efficient Programming in the required technology independently adhering to coding standards
- Carry out code review of team, conduct code walk-through with reviewer
- Test program as per approved Unit Test Cases and document them
- Documentation for work done; Resolve issues through interaction with QC/Documentation team
- Adherence to objectives and milestones identified during project initiation meeting with respect to number of Bugs, efforts, schedule, process compliance etc.,
- Lead team, keep track of team progress on work assigned; Actively participate / contribute in team meetings
- Demonstrated programming & project execution ability of PL/SQL.
- Experience with application server environments – Oracle.
- Good analytical & problem solving skills; Must have lead team of (2~3) Software professionals.
- Possess exceptional spoken & written communication skills; client facing personality & positive attitude
