- 4+ Experience in board-level hardware development.
- Experience/knowledge with microprocessors, analog circuits, high-speed digital circuits, and programmable devices.
- Knowledge of FPGA and/or CPLD design and simulation methodologies
- Microprocessor based system and subsystem design experience.
- Experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and emulators.
- Experience with Unix and Win95/98/NT operating systems.

BE / B Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent.
