| Job Description : |
- Lead a team of QA Engineers
- Establish software validation plans for each product release. Define test requirements for software testing and ensure traceability to specifications.
- Work closely with product managers and developers on cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop test cases that implement the defined test requirements.
- Maintain bug/issue tracking database
- Learn new techniques of load and stress testing and apply them
- Ensure software meets requirements, and work to ensure design and implementation defects are caught early.
- Assist in defining company-wide quality assurance

| Experience: |
- At least 1 year as QA Lead.
- 4+ years experience as a QA tester testing database driven web based applications.
- 2+ years of experience writing automated tests.
- 1+ years of experience in Performance testing.
|
| Qualification : |
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS) from a reputed institute.
|
| Desired profile : |
Technical & Operational Skills:
- Should be technically strong. Programming experience (in any language) a plus.
- Knowledge of a UNIX type operating system (preferably Linux).
- Good knowledge and exposure to Web Applications in Perl/LAMP/Java/J2EE Applications, XML, Web Services, databases
- Thorough knowledge of QA strategy, process, and tools
- Experience leading and mentoring individuals and teams.
- Good Planning, Scheduling and Analytical skills.
- Professional Certification & exposure to ISO environment, CMM Level processes will be an added advantage.
