- Good in Windows clustering
- Backup Software products like Arcserve, Veritas Netbackup and Veritas Backup
- Proficient in Reporting tools - File census, Tivoli, Dsexpert, Symantec Antivirus, lt Auditor
- Knowledge in Business Continuity/Resiliency or Testing
- Basic knowledge in Lotus notes.
