- At least 1 year as Team / Project Leader
- Should be technically strong.
- Proven skills in object-oriented technologies and design pattern.
- Excellent knowledge and exposure to Web Application development in Java/J2EE/Spring/MVC/EJB framework/Transaction management and security, having worked in successful projects from architecture/design to rollout.
- Proficiency in Product Development, SDLC Concepts, and Documentation.
- Strong Skills in Development, Team management, Testing & Implementation.
- Good Planning, Scheduling and Analytical skills.
- Professional Certification & exposure to ISO environment, CMM Level processes will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of databases programming and design.
