| Must Have : |
- Strong OO skills. A strong foundation in basic enterprise concepts such as Transaction Management and Security.
- Development experience in layers of a Web Based J2EE application with some exposure to HTML, Javascript and CSS.
- At least 3-4 years designing and developing Web based applications and a total of 6-7 years in developing browser based applications.
- An attitude to be fully hands on if required.

| Preferable : |
- Experience in open source technologies such as Spring and Hibernate
Role Description:
- Would be a Senior Developer on the team
- Will need to Mentor Junior Developers
- Will need to interact with the client as required to discuss requirements
- Will need to analyze requirements and then design and develop the application.
- Will need to perform peer code reviews.
Qualifications:
- Preferably : Engineering Graduates (CS, IS, EC & EE)/MCA.
