Job Description for Trainers
- Conduct in-house trainings for employees, both on existing and upcoming technologies, viz. Java technologies, Oracle, PL-SQL, etc.
- Deliver periodic product specific trainings on the AG suite of products
- Collaborate with experts to learn new technologies/product functionalities
- Compile and prepare material for classroom training
- Support training coordinator to organize and track trainings
- Contribute in data gathering and collation related to training function
- Analyze and interpret data for measuring training effectiveness

| Skills Required : |
- Graduates / Post graduates with 3-6 yrs relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Java and related technologies, such as Advanced J2EE concepts, EJB, etc.
- Strong grasp of database concepts, and at least one RDBMS (viz. Oracle, PL-SQL).
- Flair for training and ability to effectively handle queries
- Excellent written and oral communication
