| Job Description: |
- Exp - 12+ yrs
- Planning, Organizing, Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting the Performance test of Products / Projects.
- Leading and guiding the Performance test team and build a strong team of Performance Testing professionals including training the team on requisite skills.
- Collaborating with the Development Team, Solution Architect and Database Architect for identifying the bottlenecks of the application performance.
- Excellent knowledge of Mercury Load Runner (Scripting, Controller).
- Hands on experience on Managing Performance Test plans.
- Hands on experience in Reporting Performance test results.
- Knowledge in Automated Functional Test suites like Silk Test would be an advantage.
- Should be upto date in current technology and trends in Testing domain.
- Should possess excellent Communication skills.
- Should have lead a team of 50+.
