- Primary experience on frameworks like Apache Struts, Spring etc. (Java Frameworks)
- Strong in Java/J2EE fundamentals on Eclipse IDE preferred.
- Strong in OOAD, UML & Design Patterns
- Development methodologies like RUP, Agile, Scrum, and Prototyping etc.
- Containers like Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss etc.
- Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, OODBMS etc.
- Basic Project Management tools like MS Projects.

| Work Experience : |
- Candidate must have a consolidated experience of 7-12 years.
- Candidates from around Bangalore are preferred.
- Of these, the candidate must have worked in the last 2 years as a Project Leader/Architect.
Candidates must have matured from software designer/architect role.
