| Job Profile |
- Will lead Global support team of ARC
- Will be goaled on application tuning & performances
- Patch/ Build management of the versions
- Interaction with customers, deployment team, product management teams
- Will goaled against the SLAs for level 1,2,3 with the customers
|
| Mandatory : |
- 2-3 yrs of Support lead roles
- 4yrs+ in design roles
- Should have ERP Deployment/ Development Experience
- Should be good on Open Source
- Should have led mid to large size projects
- Should possess Customer Interfacing Skills,
- Should have independently handled Proposal Application Performance Tuning

| Nice to Have |
- Extremely strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Product engineering experience
- Knowledge of BI & DWH tools
