IBPS - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts CWS Exams across the country for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks. The various exam phases are published by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). The IBPS RRB Exam schedule for Officer Scale I, II and III includes prelims, Mains / Single Online exam, and an interview. The IBPS RRB Exam for Office Asssitant (Multipurpose) consists of both preliminary and mains exams. The IBPS RRB test for prelims, mains and single-level exams is administered online. The Question paper for each stage has objective-type multiple- choice questions. The question paper will be written in English, Hindi and other regional languages. There is a penalty for incorrect answers in the exam; 1/4 of the marks will be deducted.

What is IBPS RRB Exam Pattern?

The IBPS RRB exam pattern outlines the exam's overall structure, including the marking scheme, total marks, number of sections, exam duration, and so on. Before commencing their preparation, aspirants must properly review the IBPS RRB Test Pattern.

The IBPS RRB Negative Marking

In addition to English and Hindi, applicants in the IBPS RRB exam can answer questions in regional languages. The exam also includes a provision for negative marking. For each erroneous answer, 025 or 1/4 of a mark will be deducted as a penalty.

IBPS RRB Sectional Timings

There is no time limit in the IBPS RRB Exam. The preliminary exam lasts 45 minutes, followed by the main ecam, which lasts two hours. Candidates must manage their time to answer questions in each segment.

IBPS RRB Clerk Interview

No, there is no interview for IBPS RRB Clerk. Candidates are selected depending on their preformance in the mains exam. The interview is for the Position of Officer Scale 1, 2 and 3.

Note:

Apart from this information, other detailed information regarding the online examination will be given in an Information Handout, on authorized IBPS website which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letter.

PLEASE NOTE :

For Office Scale - I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose):-

Call Letter for Preliminary Exam will not be collected at the examination venue.

Candidate will need to retain the call letter (along with authenticated/stamped copy of the ID Proof) safely. Those candidates who are called for Main Exam will be required to bring this call letter along with Main Exam call letter and other requisite documents as per information provide in the information Handout and call letter.

However, scribe form (wherver applicable) will be collected during the Preliminary Exam.

Candidates need to bring one additional photograph (same as pasted by the candidate on call letter) along-with the call letter and other requisite documents as per information provided in the "information Handout" and call letter.

For Officers Scale II & III :

Candidates need to submit call letter with ID proof copy duly stapled together in the designated drop boxes after the examination. Those candidates who avail the services for scribe should submit scribe form along with the call letter and ID Proof Copy.

Candidates need to bring one additional photograph (same as pasted by the candidate on call letter) along-with the call letter and other requisite documents as per information provided in the "information Handout" and call letter.
