Description : This Project have many module like Project Management, Budget Section, Minister Module, Court Module, IFM Module etc.And below are the project module on which I have worked.
• Project management software allows the user(s) to plan and track projects. It provides a structured and visual environment for creating hierarchical projects, resources, assigning resources to projects and creating timelines. Once the timeline or schedule is created, it allows users to collaboratively enter information on the progress of tasks, enabling a project manager to track project progress. Every project will have a financer details.
• Budget section at Ministry of Justice would consolidate and submit to the Ministry of Finance. On getting the sanction from Ministry of finance, Budget Section would inform the concern unit about the sanctioned amount. Budget requested and budget sanctioned can be different. The sanctioned amount is updated, and it is distributed to various sections of MOJ and Courts.
• Minister’s Module concentrates on recording activities of a minister. This module captures information like appointments, Traveling and meetings of a minister. Clerk updates all the activities of the minister. Minister can view all the details pertaining to the minister.
