AIIMS Delhi Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria for UG

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade education through the 10+2 scheme, Senior School Certfiicate Examination, or an equivalent program recognized by a university to be eligible for this program. As part of their schoolwork, they should have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Mathematics. They must have received at least a 55% aggregate score.

Applicants must be Indian Nationals and have turned 17 December, 31st of this year. They aim to enrol in the program in addition to meeting the academic requirements. Individuals in their final year of the study who are anxiously awaiting their results may likewise be considered prospective pupils. SC / ST candidates have been given a 5% exemption, allowing them to pass with a minimum overall score of 50%. It is critical to emphasis that only Indians are eligible for this pogram. However, because they are also eligible for enrollment, there is a separate structure in place for NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) and OCIs (Overseas Citizens of India).

AIIMS Delhi Admission 2024:  Admission Process for PG

AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of postgraduate programs in medicine, dentistry, nursing, biotechnology, and paramedicine. MD, MS, M.Ch, DM, M.Sc., and M.Biotech are among the programs available. Interesingly, candidates with an MBBS Degree can enrol immediately in the Institute's DM and M.Ch. Programs. AIIMS Delhi Admission 2024: Eligibility Crieria for PG

Applicants must meet the qualifying requirements given below in order to be admitted to any of the medical and healthcare programs.

To be eligible for admission to the MD, MS, MDS, DM, and M.Ch.

Programs, Candidates must hold an MBBS or BDS degree with a minimum of 55%  from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. Candidates must also have completed the mandatory one-year internship.

Candidates for the MD in Hospital Administration Program must have a Medical Council of India-accredited MBBS degree with a minimum score of 55%.

Admission to the M.Sc. in Nursing Program requires a B.Sc. Nursing, a B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Certfiicate), a Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or a four-year  B.Sc. Nursing degree from a school authorised by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidates must have at least 60% of the total points available. They are registered as a nurse or midwife with a state nursing council.

Admission to specialized fields such as M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Anatomy, Biophysics, Medical Physiology, and Medical Pharmacology requires a minimum of 55% in an MBBS, BDS, BVSc, B.Pharm, BPT, or B.Sc. Degree.

To be qualified for programs such as Nuclear Medicine Technology, Cardiovascular Imaging, Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology, and Endovascular technologies, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline.

The counselling of the  Amrita University will be held in sessions, in which candidates will be called as per their rank.

It will be held in the month of July-August, in multiple rounds. Candidates will have to download counselling letters from candidate’s login and then appear for the counselling, at the centres of the University
