Advance Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (AIPER), Meerut  was established 2004.

The college is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow and recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). 

as a part of Advance Group of Pharmacy Colleges. The College is affiliated to the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
