Pradeep Singh: The e-service man!   
Pradeep Singh is the founder of Aditi Corporation and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, which specializes in e-service. "Our e-service solutions give companies efficient ways to manage customer interactions on a Web site and increase customer satisfaction. Talisma - our premier e-mail and Web form management software enables companies to effectively monitor, respond to, and manage inbound electronic interactions" says Singh.

Prior to founding Aditi Corp. in 1994, Pradeep spent over 8 years at Microsoft Corp. in various product management positions. While at Microsoft, he was Group Manager, Mobile Services Group of the Win 95 Division.

After he awoke from a coma caused by a life-threatening bicycle accident, Singh decided to leave his stressful career at Microsoft and change his approach to life. Nevertheless, his company Aditi is a lot like Microsoft, offering - free soda, laptops on demand, generous health insurance, etc. Stock options are granted easily and an openness within the organization. Singh even has a flow chart of Microsoft, which he uses for guidance.

Previously, he managed the Pen Computing Business Unit, and served as Group Product Manager, Multimedia Systems, and Product Manager, Excel. Before joining Microsoft, Pradeep worked as Corporate Strategy Manager at Texas Instruments and served as a management consultant at McKinley & Company.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology- Delhi, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Pradeep Singh has plans to ensure that Aditi is a success and stays ahead in internet electronic service.
