The primary objective of this role is to handle a full range of Human Resources functions in bangalore Offices in a high quality manner. This is also the key support person to assist in delivering a broad range of HR initiatives and projects in bangalore. The critical areas of support would be advisory and analytical in nature, with much regional execution and coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to HR Manager,
Organise and administer activities associated with personnel and recruitment covering interview, contract preparation and personnel file management, HRIS maintenance
Organise and administer activities associated with compensation & benefits policy and programs covering payroll, employee benefits, tax filings, remuneration survey participation, salary administration, expatriate administration
Organise and administer activities associated with training and development covering new employee orientation, skills training, performance evaluation
Consolidate and prepare required reports in conformance with legislative and/ organisational requirements monthly and yearly
Participate in regional and/ or global policies, projects and initiatives roll-out and implementation
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively with multi-levels of internal and external interfaces
Fluent spoken and written English,
Minimum of five years experience in handling HR functions in MNCs in which two years
Experience of working in a fast-pace dynamic regional headquarters preferred
