RESPONSIBLITIES:
Responsible for supporting all offices through the region including site and vendor management, project management and risk management
Expected to create budgets for projects, and be involved with the annual budgeting process
As the Regional Manager, this position will manage the existing Facilities team in the region, sharing technical expertise as well as writing annual reviews for direct reports
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant discipline
10+ years Corporate Real Estate/ Facilities Management Experience
Project Management Experience
Familiarity with floor plans, construction drawing, architectural specifications
Medium level of experience with MS Excel, Project and Word
Strong presentation, prioritising and customer service skills
Experience working in a corporate environment
Strong interpersonal, organisational, management skills
Fluency in English is required
