Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and execute a comprehensive staff communications plan for the Company which includes the following:
Communicate vision and business strategies to all employees to increase staff engagement and morale
Manage and effectively leverage different internal communication channels, including but not limited to intranet websites, publications, CEO broadcasts, town-hall communications, newsletter and other events
Mange the staff recognition programs
Implement communication training to employee as and when appropriate
2. Support CEO and other senior management in various internal speaking occasions in terms of speech writing and presentations
3. Work closely with PR and Marketing to align messages amongst different internal and external stakeholders, including staff, investors, media, community and regulators
4. Plan and implement communication strategies for change management to create engagement and buy-in
5. Organize and coordinate employee functions and events
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Energetic, good team player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to initiate/develop relationships and work with various function
Superior organization skills and a high level of commercial understanding
Technical-savvy in exploring different media/modes of communication and using audio-visual aids to achieve communication objectives
Very good English in both spoken and written English
