Job Description:
Responsible for management and strategic development of the US Market operations
Responsible for client interaction and fostering strong client relationships
Responsible for delivery & management of customer specific Service Level Agreements
Establish and implement short and long-term goals, objectives and operating procedures
Train, monitor and evaluate program and personnel effectiveness and improvement
Management of Operations team and the client to ensure effective service delivery
To lead staff at all levels to ensure consistent and quality service
Must have proven track record in the management of multiple teams
Developing, implementing, and managing project tracking and coordination processes
Ability to work under fast-paced and stressful conditions
To recognize and deal with difficult personnel situations
Should possess excellent people management skills
Management and motivation of complicated personalities and disparate capabilities
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations, procedures and formulating policy
Development and implementation of new strategies and procedures
Leading regular meetings with Teams and Team Leads to review and discuss performance and goals
Demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment in making decisions.
Preferred M.B.A with specialization in Management or Marketing
